I originally ordered the Redford Espresso on a Friday in early August and was told that it would be two months (late October) for delivery due to the manufacturers overseas were behind. Joni, called me the following Monday and told me she was walking through the warehouse and saw my same unit and realized it wasn't already attached to another order. To my surprise she said she was sending it out that day and it arrived on Friday, one week after my initial order.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I asked why and she said that I was friendly to her and didn't complain about the delay in the original shipping timeline. I had also started out the conversation with how I had seen the bad reviews from years ago but it looked like they turned around their customer service issues.

It appears that not only have they far surpassed my expectations n delivery, the customer service was excellent and the Redford is everything I expected. It runs flawlessly, and yes, there is that initial smell but it is slowly dissipating as the instruction manual states. Not sure it really holds 1250 cigars unless they are all singles but it holds more that I expected.

I highly recommend 1st Class Cigar Humidors and definitely the Redford. It is a beautiful piece of furniture. Just remember it weighs 200 pounds....moving it upstairs was definitely a workout!! (Posted on 8/23/22)

Customer service was responsive to my inquiries pre and post purchase. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Product arrived on time. One and only issue, I was not informed that delivery would not assist with bringing item into the home. This point needs to be much clearer to all buyers so they understand someone capable of carrying a 280 lb item needs to be home to get the product in the house. High quality unit, works great and is a nice piece of furniture. It's expensive, but competitively priced. Submitting a "name your price" is not going to produce a result.... (Posted on 4/14/22)

U won’t be disappointed. It heats, cools, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. Just one minor complaint with mine, occasionally when the cooling compressor comes on I hear a rattling noise. Doesn’t happen all the time and goes away, most times, quickly. Besides that I love it! (Posted on 12/17/21)

I bought the Redford Espresso and it's everything that I thought it would be.
It's more furniture than a humidor and I am proud to turn the lights on and show it off to all those that come in the house.
It is everything that I thought it would be and I couldn't be anymore happier with it.

I purchased the Redford Espresso Cabinet and from the first day there was a rattle coming from the back 'coil' area.

I have spoken to Joyce on the phone and sent her 6-10 emails and get an answer on July 28th "Glad we are making progress…I just sent to tech on the rattling." This was after about a week and here on August 7th, still no response from a technician.

Sadly, my expectations may have been set too high.

All I want is this to work, without the rattling, or to send it back for a refund. (Posted on 8/7/21)

I got the Redford Espresso and do not regret it 1 bit. It is beautiful and easy to maintain my cigars and show off a bit when company comes over. I had a fuse issue with it and had to replace fuses but the customer support walked me through it. Very easy. I could not be happier with the humidor or the service. All 1st Class for sure. Oh, I do not know how they jammed 1250 in it though. I have 800 in there and it is packed. (Posted on 4/21/21)

Humidor was pack extremely well. No problem with that at all and it looks great. Had a issue with the temp and humidity but call and Joyce emailed me exactly what I needed to get it going. Customer service was outstanding and it is glad to see that today. So many have no clue about how that works. Would recommend this cabinet.
